I ain't never gonna be scared no more. I was, though. For a while it looked as though we was beat. Good and beat. Looked like we didn't have nobody in the whole wide world but enemies. Like nobody was friendly no more. Made me feel kinda bad and scared too, like we was lost and nobody cared.... Rich fellas come up and they die, and their kids ain't no good and they die out, but we keep a-coming. We're the people that live. They can't wipe us out, they can't lick us. 没想到竟然是一部彩色片，大部分人接受用嘴的原因此时彩色技术还不够成熟，某些地方鲜艳得略显失真。这部电影回顾了一个风流浪子的人生历程，很遗憾即使是看在刘导的面子上，我也最多给三星，因为本片实在是过于轻浮和自作聪明，失去了刘别谦笔触那种含蓄凝练的美感。男主角也缺乏足够的魅力，从而无法让观众跟随他的视角对故事产生更多认同。
